Mercury Glass Spring Shine
Bright with the freshness of spring, this seasonal handmade bouquet takes its name from the silvery gleam of mercury glass. The florist selects blooms that reflect the time of year, so the mix changes as the season moves on. In Puerto Rico it is a joyful way to welcome a new baby, a fresh start greeted with fresh flowers. A florist on the island prepares it and delivers it in person in Yauco, Trujillo Alto and other towns. New mothers often spend the first weeks at their own mother's house, so relatives abroad should ask which address the little family is using before they order.
